Standard Glass was contracted to provide and install the interior glass for a highly anticipated expansion of The National WWII Museum that included the American Sector restaurant, BB’s Stage Door Canteen, and Museum Store.
Custom sandblasted 1/2” thick Starphire glass was fabricated and installed as the impressive centerpiece of the American Sector’s bar. Unique suspension shelving systems were installed for product displays in the gift shop, and state of the art, UV bonded display cases were meticulously constructed to house some of the museum’s precious exhibition items. The project was challenging, and the finished product inspiring.
